I nowadays LEO uses HT as means to pass indictments to patrons of what is really the oldest profession on earth. Even if the charge does not hold water in court, once indicted you are looking to thousands of dollars in legal fees to defend yourself.

Something tells me that any place providing that level of constant service in our area would get shut down though. In addition to not having much violent crime here, this area is decidedly more conservative that central FL.
