I saw a Filipino girl sitting on the makai side behind Longs. She was high on something singing made up songs. Later she was sitting still singing. There were two haole boys working on a car with hood up next to her. No conclusion about her.

There's a provider of that appearance who often works in that area, including within that time frame, who's very passable but is actually the other type of provider.

Also, some needle users try to hide the marks by injecting in less visible spots, such as between the toes.

There are three mortuaries on Kukui Street: Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Hosoi Garden Mortuary, and Borthwick Mortuary. When working, that provider was usually near Borthwick Mortuary, standing at or around the Ewa-mauka corner of the North Kukui Street / Maunakea Street intersection. In my prior observations, that provider would most often (but not exclusively) be working in the early morning, especially from about 5:00 to 6:30. There are several forum members who've posted info indicating that they know that provider, so perhaps you could ask them by private message if they have a contact number.
