Make eye contact and pull over on a side street and make sure they see you.
They will walk up to the car. Here you can have your window rolled down a little as they walk up so you can talk and scope them out. Mos of them at this this point will get in. I keep my door locked until I get a good look at them because sometimes up close I'm like no way in hell especially at night. Keep your door locked until you want them to come in because if you drive away they will usually try to get in and be pissed LOL.
Anyways once they are in your car start driving. Decoys won't get into your car and drive away with you. Find some quiet place and pull over then discuss.

Sorry for the lousy pic but there wasn't much light left and I was quite away from her. On 11th street a block or so west of Tibbs. I wanted to meet her but she didn't even look up as I slowly passed her. Most likely on the phone with her pharmacy. She seems to be strolling more lately and has lost some weight. Most likely because of frequent visits to the pharmacy.
