Lately, it seems I have read of several members being ripped-off by providers. Some show up and take the agreed-upon amount and then ask for more before they'll do anything, others just snatch the cash and dash (or tell you to wait in a hotel room and run). After reading of the dude that handed his money to an older lady who told him to wait in the room (of course no one ever came [no pun intended]) , I saw someone say the monger should've trashed the hotel room so as to get the scammer's card charged. I got to thinking of how one could get back at these scam-artists, and I think I've finally got it.
Let's say a well-known member here posts that he's been ripped off by a provider on backpage. The "provider" showed up took the money of the dresser and then said she needs $100 before she'll even undress or touch you (classic scam, it's probably happened to many members here). Then, after that monger posts about being scammed, another monger here should call up that provider and have her come to an outcall at an inconvenient location. The payback, is that the location is bogus, there's no monger there, so the ***** drives all the way there and pisses away some gas and time only to realize she's been had. Then the monger could send her a text that says "stop rippin' off mongers", or reference a particular scam she's been accused of. Now I know that doesn't sound too bad, but if 3 or 4 members here pulled the same scam on a con provider, maybe she'd get the point.
Now, there should be a couple rules regarding this venegance:
1. Only a well-known member here can initiate this counter-scam. So if I posted tomorrow that I got ripped off my so-and-so and I want you guys to call and arrange a fake outcall. YOU SHOULD'NT! I have like 5 posts or something, and for all you know I could be a jealous provider trying to get revenge on competition. I want to cause some discomfort to scam artist providers, but I certaintly don't want any innocent providers to get caught up in this.
2. Only initiate this counter-scam if the provider truly ripped you off. Don't do it because you weren't impressed with a provider's performance, or she hassled you for a tip afterwards. Only do this those that deserve it.
3. Make sure to text the scam-provider after she's arrived at the bogus hotel, I want them to know WHY they're getting played.
What do you guys think? There's needs to be some sort of plan implemented if you don't like this one. We cannot allow these balatant scams to happen again and again. All they do is change their name and pull the same scam on another person.
