He seems rather perturbed by this. I know a lot of BP providers operate in that area so I told him to start browsing again and see if it was something else he liked. We were not too far away so I decided to cruise down bissy while he continued to browse. Now it wasn't that active but it was active enough to where I had to physically pull this guy back in the car. (Its like he was ready to tuck and roll and chase some of these girls down) He says its nothing like anything he's seen before. Now I began to think, this isn't going to work if we approach any of these ladies and its two of us in the car. So I looped around several times and then found somewhere to park while we devise a plan. Shortly after several girls came by and greeted us but quickly blew us off when they realized it was two of us in the car. Another flock of girls came by but we got the same results. Eventually a loner WSW came walking by but ignored us initially. Then I spotted her staring at us from across the street for a while. She finally comes close enough and I motion her in. As soon as she gets in she reaches over the seats and grabs a handful of both our manhood and says she'll take care of both of us for 2. Now at this point my main concern was making sure he had a good time and plus I'm not really too enthusiastic about SW because of their pushy attitudes. So they work out a deal and I take them to get a room. While in transit she's begins to ask me if she can call a friend over for me. I tell her I'm not really interested in FS but I'd love a BJ if the price was right. She ask me and I describe what type of girls I like and then she makes a call. She puts me on the phone with a girl and I tell her the same thing, I'm just looking for a BJ and I'm not looking to leave the comfort of my car. She quotes me at. 4 which I wasn't too pleased with but figured I might as well get something out of this whole ordeal. I drop them off at the hotel next to the McD and head to the gas station to met the friend. After about a 10 min wait she shows up where we agreed to meet but she isn't what I was expecting. Not at all what I described to the first girl and not how she described herself over the phone. She gets in and we kinda feel each other out for a little bit then she tries to start with the unselling. I'm totally not in the mood and just told her to gtfo. She tries to backpedal and go back to the original price we agreed upon but I'm not with the bait and switch so I didn't even entertain it.
There was a nearby tall curly haired lightskin BSW, Jazz, who must have been watching who approached my car before the other girl was even out of sight. I invited her in and drove to another location as we both did LEO check. We had a lighthearted but comical exchange about girls unselling, rushing and shady practices in which she tried to defend by telling me some of the stuff they deal with from customers. We finally get down to business and agree on. 4 Reach in my pocket to discover I only have a Grant. (Now I'm a cheapskate, which is essential why I don't engage in such activities that often. I'm debating do I ask her for change or should I go get change.) I think she picked up on this and agreed to let me get two pops off for a Grant. She starts and pretty much all I'm thinking is I hope my business associated doesn't call for me to come pick him before I finish. (BJ wasn't the greatest, but I've had a lot worse) And with my luck, that's exactly what happened. But just as I previously stated I'm a cheapskate so I'll be damned if I don't get my monies worth. We finish up, exchange pleasantries and she's on her way.
I go pick up M and this guy is talking about going to the atm to get more money and coming back. Now I'm not trying to ruin anybodies fun but at this point but I'm getting kind of tired and am trying to talk him out of it, which he isn't having at all. As we're leaving the atm I spot Jazz, the girl I had just finished up with. I call her name and motion for her to come back over. While she's on the way over I'm trying to sell this guy on her and her BJ skills which he seems intrigued by. She comes over and I ask her to take care of M the same way she took care of me. She gets in the back and he tries to get in the back but I had to put a stop to that. Say what you want but I feel a certain type of way about other guys getting their jollies off in my car, and plus I'm not into watching and that would of been pretty awkward. I ask her if she knows any secluded areas and she directs me to one of the connecting strip storefronts just off the feeder. They get out and go around the building and do their thing while I wait. M comes back minutes later smoking a cigarette and a smile bigger than a kid on Christmas morning. I think that mellowed him out as he was a lot less talkative and all smiles on the ride back to the hotel.

I've been well pleased with the 3 providers I've found on both BP and ECCIE so far, and will be trying a new little flower today from BP and will report back. I was sold on Bissy many years ago and had very good luck there, but times have changed (for me anyway) and the hassle of going across town, plus the uncertainty of what you may wind up with is just too much for me. OTOH, the ads and pics on BP aren't always accurate, either, but for the providers I've met so far, they've been spot on.

New transplant to Houston, TX by way of a state on the east coast. When I first moved here, 5 months ago, I was ecstatic! I am in the fourth largest city in the United States, with you uniquely diverse population and miscegenation of people. Yet, disappoint does NOT begin to describe how much of a let down I have felt from the street scene and the BP Scene here in H-Town, Houston, TX. The city that I relocated from, was an eighth the size of Houston, but because we had a sizable military population, the sets were absolutely excellent! BP was off the damn hook! In my years, of living this life, I had never seen a BP ad that read 'Sorry No Black Men' WTF, really? Obviously, my profile name speaks for itself. Hence, my shock at reading this bull. (You can fill in the blanks)!
I said to myself, "Self, let's hit the streets maybe I will see something different". I looked at this thread in order to find the prime locations for seeing the ladies, and I was thoroughly disappointed at how little information there is. Moreover, I was even more disappointed when I hit the only two sets, Airline and Bissy, that I know about. Number one, it's just too much damn traffic to try and scoop something up on Bissy. Number two, when I finally slid up to a babe, what I was quoted made my mouth hit the floor.
Gents, you got to understand, where I am from, Two Jackson's can get you anything that you want on the street. To be sure, you get what you pay for, but there were more that didn't appear to be broken vice those that did appear to be broken down. Additionally, there were cuts and cubby holes to slide off into. Here, one negotiates a ridiculous price, then drops another three Jackson's on a not so clean, somewhat suspect notel room. I enjoy being in Texas, there are something here that simply cannot be beaten. However, the grown-up activities are simply lacking for a city this size. I have to believe that in this Big A** Mothaluvin' City that there is more than the two sets of Airline and Bissy.

Hey Blackman, first welcome to Houston, and I mean that sincerely.
Second, I'm sure you've found the whole culture here is different than the North. I'm a transplanted Yankee too (some 40 years ago), and I don't want to start Civil War II, so let's just say it's "different" and leave it at that.
I'm also a white guy but I date only black women, and most of them have the "no black men under 40" rule. All I can say to that is it's because of the way they've been treated. However I'm sure they'd find that a guy like you from the North would treat them VERY differently than the way they've been treated by the locals. It's a pity they won't give you a chance, because they should judge you as a person and not just by the color of your skin.
Another possibility is that some of these ladies are only attracted to certain people. For example, the black lady I'm seeing now on a regular basis just has never been attracted to black men, and in the same way I'm just not attracted to white women.
Try the ladies on ECCIE or BP, and if you can get one of them to talk with you, just explain that you're not a local, you don't act like a local, and you're not going to treat them like a local would.

Tons of activity, mainly BSW, from lets say the service station by the McD to BK. It was midday (around 3 pm) but way too much traffic for me to attempt to make anything happen. But that didn't stop the plethora of other hobbyist conducting business with no damns given. (I wish I could be as bold as some of you guys LOL). Same girls, same garbage service and same outrageous prices.
I'm just a tad bit jaded though.
I "travel" Houston alot and am willing to share more locations to keep the board lively but most will come via trade. Also keep in mind that not ALL places will be Bissy busy all the time.
Telephone Rd and 45. There are usually 2 WSW and 3 BSW in this area during daytime. Lets just say these are. 4 tops caliber chicks but one of the BSW named Crys is def worth it.
290 area right around ANtoine is usually a busy area at night BUT PROCEED WITH CAUTION, do your hunt with patience and preferably catch one getting out from a previous date. In this area you are just as likely to get robbed as you are pleased if you don't observe all the signs of the girls activity.
