That has been my experience with her.

I had actually seen this woman before working the AM shift a couple nights before this was taken. She looked cute at night and just as cute during the day. I found out that there is some shitbag forcing women to get into his car at gunpoint. He will try to rape them and he has a gun. I have to say Monday was my first morning out and about, I have always stuck to midafternoon and night runs, but was driving through and decided to check it out. Found Precious, we negotiated, drove to a quick spot and got a BBBJCIM. Usual spots had people in them, but the morning crowd does seem to be a bit rough. There were some really very unattractive people on the streets, and not a lot of cars.
What your thoughts on traffic, do you like more traffic when you are out looking or less. I personally think that the "cover" is better when there are more people just driving around, when LEO sees the same car on 4 different runs and 4 different roads they have to start looking closer. But if there are more cars out there, they are not as likely to notice me.

I prefer light to moderate traffic, but not completely dead, for a couple of reasons.
First of all, if the traffic is heavy you have better cover for the pick up but you are also likely to have heavier traffic where ever you park. I would rather be spotted cruising than with my pants down.
Lighter traffic also gives you a better chance to be able to circle around and check the area first. In heavy traffic any tie I've tried that someone will always swoop in and steal the girl from me.
