Hello fellow mongers. Looking for a little guidance and suggestion. Just over a year ago I moved from the Grand Rapids, MI / Lakeshore area. Plenty of experience and know the area up there. Currently living south of Kalamazoo. Kalamazoo area has little to no Talent whatsoever. Elkhart is only about 30 minutes away. Seems like everything local has dried up since the blackout. The past couple of months, I've been using an agency out of Chicago.
