Just saw that a young provider (22) who went by Nikki and Nikita on LC and I think on the affiliated site here some died in January. Not an overdose, but a blood infection, which was probably a result of drug use. It's sad. Her mom worked with her, and looks like she's started working again on her own after being off the grid for close to three months.

Reading somewhere that Brittany Monroe had passed on, brought up memories of Haley / Christine and Mattie.

Christine was a sweetheart, but had her pain killer demons.

Mattie had amazing legs, with soccer player thighs.

Find memories of them both, and I'm sure rose tinted with Christine. Any one know what happened to them?

Never actually saw Brittany, but have seen some of the women she worked with over the years and knew who she was. Was just catching up on the obituary from when she died in November. I just remember that she was kind of a ringleader for a whole group of providers in town at one point. I hadn't thought much about her or any of them for a long time. But the obit had some fascinating where-are-they-now kinds of details I never knew, like she ended up owning a liquor store in Louisville, and had been married for 17 years to a guy who died in 2012. I know that marriage span covered a period when she was quite active in the hobby around here.

Anyone recall what hapened to Dia Turner? She was a SW in OTR area when OTR was a bastion for the hobby. Said she grew up in Norwood. Lived in the Clifton area for a few years. White. About 5'4. For those of you that remember blonde Erica who used to work in Hyde park right on Erie of all places (after having moved around quite a bit) she is a successful nurse I believe in California.
