As I said in a previous post I'd tried to make contact with her over the weekend after seeing her "special" I had texted and emailed and gotten no reply. Fortunately I had put my references in the email I sent. Earlier today some time came available and I sent "one last text". She responded back almost immediately and apologized for the other delays in communication. We negotiated a time and she gave me general fued Tina and the specific once I was in the neighborhood. She talked me in by phone all he way to the door.
