My experience was pretty much the same. The first visit was better than the 2nd one & on the 2nd visit she was "demanding" 40 for the HE. I said ok, but only gave 30. It was lackluster at best. It certainly has been hit / miss around these days. Went to stray cat because I've had great luck with one provider in particular. However, when I called she was no longer working there.
