New Alternative to Men's Club Weekend After Hours
We've had a few conversations lately about the increase in price at the Men's Club and I have not been back since late December and probably won't make a return trip unless I get dragged there by friends because there are other options. For weeknights I think the Foxy Lady and Diamond Girls offers more diversity and girls who will give better mileage, that is if you don't mind the smoke (Foxy Lady) and lack of silicon.
On weekend nights there was the place near Red Lobster. Apparently Flashbacks on Capital is now doing Magic City Mondays and offering an alternative to the Men's Club's weekend after hours. They are offering breakfast dishes and dancers. Since they serve food I don't know if it will be full nude or not. I'm not sure if this is a change in venue or if the other after hours place will still be operating. I know that one of the dancers told me that she went last Monday and it was pretty busy. With the weather I did not have a chance to check it out last weekend. I know flashbacks is a bar / club / restaurant but I don't really know much about the clientele. The guy who was talking about it to me seemed to be indicating that flashbacks was a nicer venue (to a degree it is because the other place is pretty much an empty office) and that perhaps the clientele would look more professional and less thugish, but who knows.
Does anyone have any more details? I've never had a bad time at the after hours near Red Lobster and constantly sing its praises, although it is a bit steep to come in the door. I'm mainly curious about if this is a venue change or not. I'm guessing that if it is not then they'll be splitting the usual girls or the girls will flock to the one that get's the rep for guys who spend more.
Pure Gold in Cary = avoid
How time changes things. I used to almost exclusively go to Pure Gold before I got married a few years ago. Long story short, one of my buddies finalized his divorce last week and rounded up a crew of people to go out and celebrate with him. He suggested we go to a strip club, but we didn't want to go to The Men's Club since I've read that it's now $40 for a dance. (Seriously?) I suggested Pure Gold, and let me tell you, that was a mistake. The place has changed its entire layout and it actually seems smaller than it was before. First bad sign should have been when I got frisked and wanded with a metal detector. I've never once had this happen at a strip club, but since we had free admission cards, I thought "what the hell." We got stuck sitting on a wall on these super uncomfortable chairs, and it was immediately obvious that there wasn't a single lady working that night that anybody in my group would have wanted to get a dance with. It actually was borderline embarrassing both for us and the ladies working. We stayed only about 45 minutes (and keep in mind that this was peak business time on a Friday night) , and then got out and went to Capital Cabaret. I must admit that we had a MUCH better time there, as none of us had ever been before. I will definitely return. But I cannot say the same for Pure Gold. Very disappointing.
All Pure Golds are the same

I use to live in the Wilmington area and went to the PG on Market St. It seems that when the son (Jr) took over from the dad(Sr), things went down hill and have been going downhill ever since. The PG clubs are nothing but a rip off. The same can be said for Crazy Horse in Wilmington (owned by PG). Its like they have no idea what so ever on how a strip club should be run. To management, its all about how much you can suck out of the customer. Granted, all strip clubs are about making money, but not in a rip off sort of way like they do at PG.
Where oh where did she go
Did April a. K. A. Cinnamon, turn up back at DG or maybe some other local establishment? Miss that one. Where oh where did she go. Checked the slammer, not there.
