My .02 (and it's just that - a gut reaction), no single cop is gonna charge in and bust you in a hotel room; it will be a group of at least 4. Room entries are dangerous business, and a single guy can easily be outnumbered and/or overpowered.
I have been busted in a room (picked up a "SW" near a payphone and went to her room) 2 cops came out of the bathroom, and two more came in the door.

First I used the wrong wording, i should have said outcall sorry i am a little shaken tonight.
I agree with your logic about the one cop, but perhaps he was just following up on a report or was just going to give me a scare. I have heard about some cristian vigilaties that set people up and report them, perhaps this was one of them, and the cop was just following up on a tip. Basically something was off, or else I would have been able to reach the girl since she would have been looking for her $ for driving out there.
In the end i felt it was best to leave the hotel, and since I did nothing other then make a call, and later made a call to cancel the service, I did nothing wrong and this should tonight. I can't see any police force wasing time tracking me down over this but still i was a bit freaked. I have too much to lose to continue on this hobby.
I looked over craigs list off and on just to browse some eye candy, but seriously i don't see why any body in there right mind would take a chance with any of these girls?

EV is hardly run by escorts and they have specific links devoted to escorts that don't deliver. Also a very good spa review section. I've never ben blackballed for leaveing a negative review. I only offered it as another resource is all.
As far as a web site run by the escorts **** is a diffrent story. And i have been banned for giveing honest reviews there. It is a complete waste so far as any legimate info because you have to pay them to see anything worth while in the behind closed doors section.

I'll still stick by my original post, i believe you'd have to be insane to think there's much more then a 50/50 shot your not being set-up by LE. I read over and over again about guys being busted.

All of it is illegal so you take a chance either way. LE does not have the resources in this area to run stings everyday. Escort ads run in both papers News and Free Press and the Metro Times none of it is a secret.

Well, with experience you develop a pretty good sense for which ads are real. I've been with dozens of CL girls, never been busted once.

I wondered what happened to Scorps. I got some good hookups through that board on my occasional trips to the Motor City. Then more of the girls seemed to want "verification" and I wasn't a regular enough customer. Glad to hear they have another board up, but sorry to hear they got overpriced.
