Health risks of BBBJ... real buy not fatal.
A BBBJ is a low risk activity, but not risk free, notablly for herpes and gonorrhea. I do not know the risk of oral transmittion if syphilis, but believe it is relatively low.
There is an argument about whether HIV can be transmitted at all by oral sex. If so, it is extremely rare, close to zero. At the same time, HIV transmission by routes other than oral IS much more frequent if you have sores on your genetalia (think STDs which create sores). If you have herpes sores, or other sores on your penis, you BETTER cover up--not only for her sake, but to reduce the increased risk of picking up something from her.
I personally know people who got herpes by oral transmission. Herpes is a pain in the dick, but is not fatal. Gonorrhea and syphilis are curable by antibiotics. HIV is a different matter, but again, HIV infection is near zero by the oral route.
Many of us elect to accept the risks associated with BBBJ because they are relatively low, and non fatal. But other uncovered acts are indefensible. For what it is worth, most SWs do not require CBJ. However, if you know that a given SW does not require a cover for vaginal and especially anal sex, I would steer clear of her.

Alcohol and Cigs for Services?
I know this sounds really cheap, but have any of you guys ever traded JUST cigs or JUST alcohol for services from the girls? When you do this almost 3-4x a week, it can get expensive.
Moron or just an innocent victim?
Even if this guy wasn't on the hunt, which I highly doubt, he certainly is a sucker. I'd be interested to know how old he was to fall for this girls story. Oh well, sometimes you gotta learn the hard way...
DAYTON — — Nov. 16: A male reported he was driving in the 400 block of Linden Avenue when he observed a female walking along the street. She waved her arms at him and he pulled over to give her a ride because it was raining. The subject told him she lived in the other direction and directed him to the area of Linden Avenue and Todd Street. She then told the complainant she was a vice detective for the Dayton Police Department.
The subject patted him down and removed his wallet, which contained credit cards, his Social Security card and about $80. She then told the complainant she was going to talk to her partner to determine what she was going to do. She then walked away. The subject didn't return so he drove around but was unable to locate her. At this time he realized he'd been duped and called the police. The complainant was adamant he didn't knowingly pick up a prostitute.
