Saturday night, 3 BSW and 1 HSW were out. 2 of the BSW were bigger bodied, one slim BSW and the HSW. It is hit or miss over in this area. I lucked up on Sunday night. Passed thru adound 1 130 Wed. Am All I saw out there was le. 1 unmarked car and 3 squad cars.

So please do be very careful over there.

Most of the good hoes on Sutphin play it smart. Out of all of the areas in the City Sutphin is probably the hottest with LE, but also the best source for EBT's (ExploitedBlackTeens.com) aka teenage looking black girls. The girls are very cautious when they hit sutphin so thats why its not easy to always catch them, it always a matter of luck.

I watched them out there, the girls pick a range of blocks to work. They walk the length of 2-3 blocks on one side then try the next side. If LE is comes around they walk normally straight ahead then get off Sutphin ASAP. They try to idle towards the corners as long as they can until LE rolls past.

Sutphin is a long strip that is hot from about Liberty down to the Foch. I cruise the entire length from North to South to see whats going on. Then on the way back I stop in key areas and just wait and watch for about 15mins. Almost always I can see the girls creeping out of the hiding places or being dropped off after a date.

There are no key hours for Sutphin because its limits are solely based on the LEO activity that night. So from Sunset to Sunrise approx 10pm to 8am you can find some girls. With the best hours for me Midnight to 4am. They put a lot of cops on foot patrol in the area so it chopped the strip down to Shore Ave down to Linden Blvd. Most of the LE in that range are patrol cars, outside of that are foot patrol.

You can also find some girls on the side avenues and some back streets so I hit certain streets like that randomly sometimes. Weekdays are almost always better than weekends.

Was out headed to Sutphin from Brooklyn as my next stop in my All-Boro-Tour (ABT). Was at the end of Sutphin near Rockaway Blvd where it turns into 150th Street. Saw this skinny lightskin chick in a ridiculously short mini-skirt while it was brick cold outside. Pulled over and she was looking at me with an attitude. Told her to stop and talk and she did with serious attitude. Asked her if she needed a ride and she was like what for? I said so we can hang out for a few. She asked if I could get her some cigs and beer. I said no problem so she hopped in with all smiles. Got her what she wanted and we drove around for a few talking.
