I screwed up the courage to go to Star Sauna about two weeks ago. Thanks to this board, I pretty much knew what to expect. It was a Friday night, about 10: 30.

I got there, met a dude in the little 'waiting room'. Awkward! After a few minutes, mamasan came in and escorted him in. Was in the area and drove by the famous Gin Dees. I had never been but heard much talk of this place. It's not as bad as some of the folks talk about. I even had lunch there today and must say the double hot dog platter is worth the $5.75!! I was worried however that there weren't any girls on when I got there around lunch time, but boom the music came on and on went Jessica. 30's short brown hair Brazilian. Avojo did they change the layout of the lap dance area?

Last time I went there, I agree that they had a young group of girls and some were very good looking, but there were no extras to be had in the LD area. Infact I remember getting the evil eye from some old woman behind the bar when I was tring to go further with my lap dance, and she had a clear view of everything going on. Now this goes back over a year ago, So if your saying theres milage to be had its worth a shot for me since I drive 34 all the time, but its not worth my stop just to friction out a wet spot on my jeans, if thats all there doin. PM me if you dont want to go in to detail, but this would be a really good turn for a club that has a long standing history of being very strict on the rules.

Not sure what the normal layout is since this was my first time. Bar is in the front, pool area was next to bar, Dance floor in front of kitchen and the lap area was nested in the alcove behind the baby grand piano. Not sure if that helps. The bar keeps had no view what so ever from my viewpoint. I talked to someone who had just finished up with the older grandma lady and had already had dances with a few of the others and asked if she was worth the dance and he said the mileage was higher on her than any other. I wasn't interested at all in her looks. She messed up my hair, too heavily perfumed which got on me and was fugly. And that was just from the dance floor. I wasn't given a total green light but my bet was that I could have had better Samba lessons if fugly and her dance partner weren't there. I can't stand getting a lap dance and having to look across at another guy right there. I would give it another shot Doi. As always be a gentleman lightly test the waters and if the timing and vibe is right you might learn the Samba quickly. I won't go into more detail about the dances but can say it's worth a trip back. I have been stopping here for years....nearly 10 years.

The lay out has never changed. The only thing that has is that there are no longer patio chairs in the back, but those metal ones instead. I think they got a new juke box 5 or 6 years ago. The music is pretty current though.

The girls range and have always ranged from 3-7. I have never and will never pay more that $20 a dnace here. As for eating, I never eat food from a club. I only drink bottled beer here and thats only after I wipe it down. I got a bottlehere once and it was all slimmy.

The dances are...well dances. Between the bar and the dance area is a closet/storage area. If you look at the piano, its to the left. Often the door is open and you can see right into the lap dance area. This puts everything in view of the bar, and the bartender. Hence, no extras. You can get TO, but you need to feel the waters quite a few times.

On the good side, I have never heard of any problems with the local law men.
