Probably making a list of <200 $ would make more sense.

For independents you might try Luna in Mira Mesa / Scripps, she has most of those elements and you may just need to work it out with her. If I were to use the fake pics criteria beforehand, I would never use any of the Asian Agencies or many of the legacy girls from the MyRedbook days.
