For the prostate exam, I switched to a somewhat hot female doctor. She spent some time flipping my boys around (during the initial exam) and when I looked she had a little grin on her face. You need to find a doctor like that :)

Prior to that I was fluctuating around 14% to 20% body fat at my highest. Yo-yo up and down between 190 - 210 pound, but that was with strict high fiber and high protein high fat diet with little carbs. Exercise moderate cardio like waking, and then weight trying moderate to high intensity weight training. This was taking other OTC supplements.

However after taking the Bio High Test daily and with maintain moderate cardio like 35 to 45 minute walk on a mild incline on the treadmill at moderate speed without using the handrails. The not using the hand rails is important. Cardio was 3-4 times per week. On the same day I did cardio I would follow with moderate to high intensity circuit training for about 15 - 20 minutes hitting only large muscle groups that involved compound movements example; like back, chest and legs. Nothing super heavy because it was H.I.I.T. circuit training. Stretching done between the circuit sets. NO or Nitrix Oxide taken daily. Total gym time 50 to 75 minutes at 3-4 times per week. Sometimes I might tag on more stretching like about 10 minutes.

The Bio Size, I was taking 3-4 days on, with 1-2 days off. The directions states you can take daily but I didn't. On the day that I would monger or go out on a date outside the AMP, I make sure to take the Bio Size in the morning and one in the afternoon, then about an hour before the actual mongering or seeing a date at night, I would take the Bio Hard also with Nitrix Oxide. By the time I got to my date or AMP. My head was stuffy, nose had the sniffles, and eyes were watery and I was salivating more saliva than normal. Note, I've taken prescription V, C and L. I take these only to ensure MSOG. Single cum shots are guarantee but for the double MSOG, I was taking the V, C or L. I've also tried generic version of V, C and L. Yes I've had the sniffles from these products however none like what I've experienced with the combination of NO Drink with Bio Hard and Bio Size.

My diet has not changed drastically. I eat plate lunches, burgers, pizza and have occasional 1-3 beers on the weekends. I do eat lots of carbs; rice, noodles and pasta. Also lots of carbs from fruits. The only food to avoid is cakes, pies and cookies. However I might have a cheat snack once or twice per week of something small for dessert. The result of the supplements is now I weigh about 170 - 173 at about 10 percent body fat. This is all from taking Bio High Test and moderate exercise.

The other night while on a date, I've shot three times in about 35 minutes. Double cum shots I was expecting but not three. The first one launched like a rocket. The girl I was with was impressed at the volume and load. She gagged because she was not ready for it. Second pop was inside her and the third pop CIMWS again. Note: there was lots of foreplay prior which might be a factor. The only way to rule out the factors is to repeat the test. Going to AMP tonight to tested it out.

Oh should note I was taking a good multivitamin from AnimalPak and drinking about 3 to 5 litters of water daily.

By a doctor.[/QUOTE]I haven't had a colonoscopy, and it hasn't been recommended to me by my PCP. But HMSA, my health insurance, sent me a letter recommending I get a colonoscopy done. Those docs and companies are looking at demographic statistics, not you as an individual. Most people in this country eat the SAD, Standard American Diet, and for those people, after eating that type of diet for many of years, tend to begin to have a significant incidence of colon cancer. I have not and do not eat the SAD diet so I don't worry at all about contracting colon cancer, reason I have no intention of putting myself through that test procedure. However, if you've been eating the "normal" American diet for decades, then the test may be something to consider.

FOBT is easier too because you just mail a stool sample to the lab. If the result is positive then a colonoscopy is recommended.

However, please be aware that by that point, cancer may already have been significantly progressing.

By contrast, a colonoscopy can find both non-cancerous polyps and / or cancer. A gastroenterologist can examine the colon with a light and camera to try to find abnormalities, and can then quickly remove polyps before they may become cancerous, thereby possibly preventing colon cancer from occurring at all.

You need to find a doctor like that :)[/QUOTE]I second this. It's not that bad at all. Neither is a simple prostate exam. Everyone over 50 should get a colonoscopy regardless of family history, diet. Colon polyps and early cancer may have no cancer-specific early signs or symptoms. Therefore, regular screening is important. Colon cancer is a pretty aggressive type of cancer and must be caught in the early stage to increase your chances for survival.

Last time I visited had a hard time keeping it up and couldn't enjoy what I love so much. I finally got some Vitamin V and can't wait to get back for some action. Instructions say 1 hr before take it but I've also see some taking it 30 mins prior, guess it depends on the person. Because it's my first time I cut some in half which should be 25 mg now. If it works like I hope it will I plan on pounding the he'll out of some lucky provider / s.

Granted I ain't there yet, but, like braddah HMOB, when the time comes, I'm glad I'll have a young female somewhat better looking doctor sticking her who knows what all up in my privates and or fondling my boys. LMAO!

According to the American Cancer Society, for those without elevated risk factors, a colonoscopy should be done once every 10 years, beginning at age 50. The worst part is drinking that cleansing fluid that as Mobius said, makes you piss through your ass LOL. If of age, get it done, it's the only cancer you can prevent.

I did get a little light headed about an hour or so later. Do any of you experience aside effects and what do you do to not experience them?

Unless you want to be surprised with cancer in your colon that could have been prevented from progressing by an early colonoscopy. With advanced colon cancer, they have to surgically remove the cancerous portions and if unable to save your colon, then you'll be relegated to shitting into an ostomy bag attached to your abdomen. Stinky and messy to deal with. Not to mention catching the cancer in time before it metastasized.

If you don't want that finger in your ass check for your prostate, then at least get your PSA level checked every year or two.

The FIT test will test whether you may have cancer or not. If you wait until the FIT test is positive, it might be too late. It does not proactively help prevent it like a colonoscopy would. You need to have FIT (or gFOBT) testing done every year and a colonoscopy at age 50 and every 5-10 years after (depending on the prior colonoscopy findings). I would not recommend relying only on stool testing without colonoscopies, especially if one has insurance coverage for it. For people that cannot afford a colonoscopy or in poorer countries, then the FIT (or gFOBT) test is the economical option and better than doing nothing.
