For the newbies-.
1) set-up an email account on gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc that doesn't have any personally identifying info and only use this account to play.

You don't want your computer getting a worm virus and sending your family, friends and co-workers a mass email with addresses for escorts in the mailing list.
