I had a lot of disposable income and thought that I saw great potential for Kiara if she was able to get clean. She looked so much better back then when CLS took those pictures. Once I realized that she did not want to accept my offer to get clean and move from the drug infested area, I had to let her go.
The two grand a month would have gotten her into a good program but some of these girls have to hit rock bottom first.
