Anyone noticed white SUV always parked on Kukui behind Zippys. Dark blackout tint windows, sunshields on windshield. Looks like old Land Rover Discovery. Businesses, meet, talk story, Starbucks, single moms or widowers who when I start to see them more by my work I do become friends, just someone to talk to. I got close enough to view by eye and noticed he had on a baseball cap. I saw him circling and I felt that as a sign to get out of there just to be safe.
