Not sure if this is the right place but I just talked to a reliable friend and Gwinnett county is hot right now. Going off the information I have, please be careful who you see. It's nothing more than ransomware trying to scare into sending them money through PayPal or some other untraceable means.
However, if they start emailing you private information that only you should know then I'd be more worried since that means some of your accounts have been compromised.
