Then cross reference the street name with streetwalker names (you'll see streetwalker names in the title of some of your results). Do that for Delray Beach (better yet Lake Worth), and you'll better off.

For example, I went on the Richmond VA forum and noticed that Chamberlayne Avenue and Jefferson Davis Highway get mentioned a lot. Then, I typed those names in the search window and looked for the posts that had streetwalker names in the title. It took me 10 minutes, and I've never been to Virginia.
