Going and on 41, he saw what appeared to be, from a distance in the dark, a slender brunette with black shirt and shorts with short or updo hair. He pulled in b4 grace and to his surprise, another truck was there waiting. She seemed a bit confused, but after my buddy drove on politely, she took a ride, in the other, to get out of the rain. He said "Shoot". Other than that, later on, a tall WSW with black shorts / shirt and blonde hair was acting friendly and saying hello, but he was not interested at the time for conversation with her as she was larger boned than he likes to chat with. Once a girl in my vehicle was taken to jail cost me $ to bail her out, which I was OK with paying since she was honest with police and didn't try to screw me over by ditching stuff in my car. Not going into too much details on stop (not sure who reads and or monitors this site) but I was given a warning while driving with a known prostitution & loitering with no know destination in mind. The officer told me to be more careful and that if anything was found in my car I would have been arrested something about constructive possession or some such.

Cops have a couple spots on Grand. One is sitting at the southern end with the car facing straight up the street. They can see activity from Save-a-Lot to Hanson and maybe beyond, depending on light and other visibility factors, and they're ready to come flying up on you and hit the lights.

Keep in mind unmarked sports cars, SUV's, and sedans of varying colors are used to patrol the area. Just because a car behind you doesn't appear to be a cop car doesn't mean it isn't one.

It's like hunting in a forest for a deer even though you know that lions (LEO the lion--get it?) are also around. You don't know if you'll spy a good deer to take, if you'll settle for a mediocre kill, or if you'll just go home empty-handed, resorting to shooting your full clip playing a hunting game alone in the privacy of your own home. While in the forest, you also don't know if a lion is stalking you and about to bite your head off. When you spot a deer, you also have to beat other hunters (mongers) to get to it first. Plus you must make sure the buck (pimp, bf) doesn't charge you from behind when you take the shot. The risks provide the thrill.
