A surgeon went to check on his blonde patient after an operation. She was awake, so he examined her.
"You'll be fine", he said.
She asked,"How long will it be before I am able to have a normal sex life again, Doctor?"
The surgeon seemed to pause, which alarmed the girl.
"What's the matter Doctor? I will be all right, won't I?"
He replied,"Oh yes, you'll be fine."
He continued.
"It's just that no one has ever asked me that after having their tonsils out."

Honestly I didn't think he was being homophobic. I thought it was a ridiculous video of people being stupid and homophobic. His subject line seemed tongue-in-cheek (no pun intended).

If you'll notice, there are also jokes about lawyers, hookers, you name it. There are a number of jokes targeting my gender and age group as well, and they don't bother me.
Lurker X got my "hackles" up with his mean-spirited postings (NOT jokes) about gays. I don't see an attempt at good-natured humor in his postings. It's just thinly veiled politics and bigotry, with liberal use of the word "fag".
The post below that I took offense to is titled "The truth about gays". Someone pointed out that it was an attempt at humor (irony or something like that). If so, my bad. I admit I read the title and didn't watch the linked video because I didn't want to be subjected to more prejudice.
I don't mind a light-hearted joke, but hate speech is NOT humorous.

I would've hoped you would've seen the ridiculousness of this preacher Martin Ssempa. Who, by the way had a brother and sister die of AIDS. Both were heterosexuals.
