You mentioned he spent $60 so that must have been for a hhr there because they take $ per hr and many have reported absurd requests for tips so they rather not put up with it. I had been to Spa Tropical before, with good success. This time, not so much. Cece was the provider. I paid for the 1 hour massage. After 40 minutes, I flipped and we negotiated.
