How many Japanese bars get? Only been to La Vi En Rose, Club Angel and Club Serina. I guess noone bothers with a thread on Japanese bars as most if not all don't really offer play. What I like though is these bars don't really hustle for drinks like a KB / VB. Sometimes just want to kick back and lounge. If get more, I no mind checking other places. I guess Bushido is another one. The one on Makaloa St near Walgreens another one.

Went to Club Serinas not to long ago on King Street across Jack in the Box before Mccully. Small place with with a couple of girls. Sat at the bar and sang a few songs. The women were cool. Got them to sing a song to and neither asked for a drink. It's like they shame to ask. I guess they didn't want to scare us away hehe. KB / VB have no shame at all. The second you walk in they follow you in. Nice to have a change of pace then to be on radar ready to get nuked.

Don't remember the name. There is local bar right around the corner from it that I went to a few times 20 years ago. Don't remember that bar's name either. Anyway, I remember seeing a lot of young ladies, including some haoles, coming out to say goodbye to what looks like Japanese men they have entertained. I never bothered to enter that establishment.

I was in there a few weeks ago and there were some nice looking Japanese ladies in there.

Drinks are $10 for girls, food is great, local mix American, located on King street in town. Parking sucks because of limited spaces although they validate on adjacent lot.

Girls are young mid twenties mix local-American, owner is Korean but this is NOT a KBar. If you have a date and want to get her drunk for cheap, order the home-made blender fruit soji, strawberry a pint for $20. The atmosphere is laid back karaoke.

My buddy bought a Kobota Manju sake for $300 but its a big bottle and they have bottle keep. Bodaiju nearby run by Aoyama mama's sister is bigger bar and got local girls working too.

Ate at the Korean restaurant recently on Koreamoku next to Keeamoku supermarket, with the big tree outside with tables. That was some good Korean food. That 1 1/2 hours me and SO were there eating all these K girls would walking by, but we were sitting at the table with the wood fence so you could see the face for 1/2 second at a time as they walked past the fence. Looks like I need to do some shopping or atleast get some eyecandy at that supermarket. The other funny thing while sitting at the table eating my wife noticed a church above the restaurant and made a comment. Funny about her innocence not knowing pine tree is right there also. So there are two places above the supermarket with people saying "Oh God".

I originally posted this in VB section, then thought better suited in general reports.

Came into town for a couple of nights. I walked everywhere! Stopped in Alot of places and made new friends.

Got into town Early Saturday afternoon and stayed hotel near Keeaumoku, specifically so I could walk everywhere within vicinity. Started off walking Kona to Red Rose where I went in to dead bar, with 2 gals in it, one who we had to wake up LOL as she was sleeping in the booth.
