As I understand it, the standard of 200 has been around for a long time, while the cost of rent, running the business, providing envelopes of cash to the police has gone up. If a poorly run shop increases its price, but does not provide the services of a good shop, negotiate a better deal. If a shop you like increases its prices to renovate the facilities, attract better talent or customers, I say pay it. If it is worth it to you.
