From the research I did the closest table shower is the one in Mansfield called Jian Massage on Stumbo Road but they do not offer extras. I think there were some in Toledo as well. No table showers near Akron / Canton or Cleveland. Maybe someone else can comment if I'm wrong.

But, as with most things in life, your mileage may vary.
