I literally don't think there is a single one. There is an old folks home as you go north. But I don't think they do room rentals. Maybe she is older than the photos suggest.

Definitely a scam, although they should get at least partial credit for picking a legit street in the area. Only partial since you'd think they could have taken one step more for an actual hotel. LOL.
