Counted 18 girls out between 145th and 85th around 8 pm. Most were clustered in small groups, very few singles. Biggest groups were at 137th and near the Wells Fargo bank, with smaller clusters at 127th, KK and in front of the motels. No matter your anecdotal observations from years ago what you described earlier is entrapment.

1. They can not approach you, they need you to approach the officer. You now changed that tune to pulling up and rolling down the window. Below you said they will come to you. They won't because that's going to get thrown out.

2. Offering an illegal act to encourage you to commit a crime is entrapment. They will never say, "blowjob for $20? They will ask if you're dating and what do you want. Again, you changed your original statement from an offer to a conversation. They need the John to ask for an illegal activity.

Went out again Monday night, this time slightly earlier than I usually go out. Police were in position already by the time I'd arrived, particularly around the motels south of 125th. There used to be quite a bit of incall action at the Motel 6. I visited a lot of providers there 10 or more years ago. There seems to be less of that these days. There are providers who advertise online for the Motel 6 and also a motel in Edmonds which is on the northwestern edge of Mountlake Terrace. If you see a provider listing "220th Edmonds" in her ad, that's essentially right on the edge of Mountlake Terrace. In 2018 I used to see a provider named Goldie as she had been staying at the Motel 6 for a few months. Some nights there were police officers parked outside the entrance to the motel, clearly the city didn't like what was going on there.

Other than that, that area is very residential. Not anything going on there in terms of walkers. I did pick-up a SW I think around 2017 on 99 in Edmonds, she was staying at the motel nearby. Only time i've ever seen an SW there. I was just passing through on my way to check the stroll in Everett. She actually told me that she usually took the bus north to Everett to work. You're going to be disappointed through there, better to drive just a few miles south on 99 into north Seattle, 99 turns into Aurora Ave and the stroll is from 145th down to 85th, the last stroll remaining in the city.

This was from a week or so ago. Did an AA run for the first time in awhile, and it was a complete 360 from last time I was there. At least 7-8 leos parked or cruising on first run vs total of 4-5 girls. That quickly dried up to just 2-3 girls on any given lap.
