However, Montgomery County began a major crackdown in the early 2000's and hasn't let up since. There are a few spots under the radar and there's also Luba, aka Marianna, if you don't mind a Ukrainian GILF with a limited service menu. I first met her at an Eastern European MP in Silver Spring in the late 1990's but I last saw her roughly 20 years ago. She has some reviews in this forum.
Your best bets for AMP action are in Northern Virginia or Prince George's County, particularly the Greenbelt area. Check those forums for more details. You could also try the Baltimore area, but the AMP action there is more limited. Avoid Howard County; it's as bad as Montgomery County in terms of the hobby.

New to AMP scene in the area. Only dreams of Bethesda Therapeutic Massage (RMP) when it comes to MoCo (submitted report). I was informed of some options by a fellow monger. Here's my (albeit limited) experience so far:
Advanced Health: Booked with Anna (30s). My most disappointing session to date. Not a looker (a little on the chubby side) which I honestly don't mind if the massage is good but it wasn't. No teasing either. The finish was mechanical and underwhelming. To add insult to injury she looked disappointed when I handed over the standard 0. 4 tip. Not a repeat.
Lan Foot Spa: Booked with Bella (40s/50s). A considerably better time. She's on the older side but thin. She delivers a very good therapeutic massage. This is where older is better because there is simply no substitute for experience. Really good teasing throughout. Hitting the inner thighs and taint. The finish was solid.
Massage Spring: Booked with Joy (40s). Probably my favorite experience so far. Attractive and thin. She delivers a good massage that's perhaps more sensual than therapeutic with plenty of teasing throughout around the inner thighs. On the flip she continues to tease around the lower stomach and thighs and gradually zeroes in on junior. I definitely enjoyed this build up. The finish was solid.
This probably isn't anything new to the community but wanted to share all the same. If anyone has any recommendations, particularly for providers who offer a good amount of teasing and nice finish, I'd be grateful!

I have not experienced good teasing here since before the covid. Not sure if the local industry went downhill or it's just that my tastes have changed after several trips to TJ.

Recently I've been looking for a good therapeutic massage. I've been doing some strength training and my upper back was bothering. I decided to hit up MoCo because the massages tend to be ok and I was not looking for extras on this particular day. So I took to the pike in search of new opportunities. Uncharted waters for myself. I settled on a place a stone's throw away from the donut shop. A place with some private rooms. I drew Nancy who was average looking Chinese woman and claims to be in the mid 40's. The massage started off decent. It was more sensual than therapeutic but some good pressure on the upper back and we chit chatted about this and that. A decent amount of time on the upper but then transition to the lower body with teasing on the inner thighs. On the flip she was game for a standard finish which was decent. Total damage. 75 HR + . 4 . There was some OTC roaming. Not sure how open the menu is. Probably would not repeat.
