I thought about this and made some improvements to my SW list for 2010. I added my ratings. I added links for every single report and pic series I did for every SW on the list, with explanations of what is in each pic series. This will not only help you “vote” on a winner for the contest, but it will also serve as a general index to my work, which may prove useful. That should make it easier to find anything you want without pouring through my thread and all the other material and other commentary that is there.

I have occasionally mongered on the K in the evening and/or after dark, although I would hardly call myself an expert in that time frame.
I have the following observations, for what they are worth:
1. Traffic/Congestion/Visibility: There is far less traffic on the K after rush hour on any given week day. That makes it far easier to navigate. It also makes it easier to spot SWs, as there are many fewer civilians. This also makes a monger more visible to LE, and the LE patrols don't seem to lessen. If anything, they are increased. It is far easier for LE to target a vehicle making constant rounds of the stroll.
I usually don't feel much danger on the K, but it isn't center city or the burbs and you always have to keep alert and watchful for the worst. After dark, however, the danger factor clearly increases.
2. SW Presence: SW presence is always a variable from one day to the next, but my experience is that there are far more SWs during the day than after dark. You can usually find some even early in the morning, but the prime daytime mongering hours IMHO are between 10 and 4: relatively many SWs and relatively few mongers, especially on a weekday.
3. Rush Hour: that is a special situation. SWs increase tremendously from earlier times: presumably to catch commuters and mongers getting off work. The time from 4 to 7 is full of SWs. But it is also full of mongers. My experience is that the ratio of SWs to mongers at that time is not as attractive as it is from 10 to 4. A good thing is that many different SWs appear at this time than during the day, so you can vary your "diet" by mongering during the rush hour.
4. After Dark SW Variety and Availability: It is my experience that there are fewer SWs at this time than during the day, or most certainly as compared to rush hour. The good news for frequent mongers is that you are more likely to see different SWs than you might during the day. It is also my experience that the daytime and rush hour SWs tend to look better than the after dark SWs. That is not to say there won't be any gems about after dark. It is just my experience that there are fewer of them.

Every day is a working day for most SWs on the K. Their drug habits don't work a 5 day week, and they don't get holidays and weekends off. HOWEVER, they know that most mongers have weekends off to play, so there is a lot of SW presence on the K Saturdays and Sundays. Plus, as you observed, there are some 'burban chickies who come down on the weekends to supplement their incomes.
I usually don't pick up SWs unless they are open to pics. But, I make an exception to that rule if the SW is good looking and is a good performer.
