One hiccup was to make sure you use a burner email / private window on the reservation form, otherwise you'll get f / you survey emails, "how was your stay? Etc.

But, I got a card strictly for this purpose. I only use it to book rooms and hold for accidental. Nothing charged to it ever.

I have 3 now who host and didn't ask for anything more than what we agreed on originally. I find that when you meet the first time, if you make them feel comfortable and not like this encounter is transactional. They are much more open to allowing you to meet at their place.
One of these chicks is a 22 yr old who has her own house. She let's me f*ck her all over the place.
Had to go through a bunch of nonsense on that site to meet the few gems I have found. At this point, I'm just rotating my time with these 3.
So I had an 18 yo, I'd verified. She could not host, I could not host, so hotel. I am not old but middle age. How do you handle them coming to your room and not have it be awkward or draw attention.

Then I would introduce my self and exchange IDs. There is no way I would meet with a girl who says she is 18 without doing this. Awkward or attention won't be your problem if this girl is 1 minute under 18.
If she passes this I would have a gift ready for her and lead the conversation until she looks comfortable with me. Don't rush this point. This may make or break your experience with her. Once I can obviously see she is comfortable with me I would open this present and enjoy the view. Then I would ravage this 18 year old body.

2. Lots of messaging. Word of mouth.
3. Most want to get paid to just look good for you.
4. Get their number and bring it up in text. DO NOT do this thru message. You will get banned. Lose your membership money and have to jump thru a million hoops to get back on.

First get the number within the first TWO messages on the site, then TEXT HER, no more messaging on the site. Girls with iPhone have more credibility to be legit. Some use apps though. Depending on what you're looking for that night, be direct, but don't GO SEXUAL over text. It's creepy. Girls that don't bring up money, don't want to be whoring themselves out, so you don't bring it up either. Go out with them and have a good time as you would with any other date and get to know them as a person. Make them feel comfortable and you'll have a fun night and probably get laid for free.
Girls that bring up how much or want to discuss the arrangements before meeting are pay per meet ******. Like escorts but more genuine. I treat them as such. If they bring up money then I bring up sex. But my response is are you kinky, and are you on birth control. Girls that answer those questions are DTF, so negotiate with them and have a fun night. Meet them, do not pay them anything until the night is over.
To answer your questions though:
1) girls are more likely to be genuine as most are girls next door and don't do this for a living.
2) in state area code is a good sign, iPhone is also good sign, don't pay a deposit or money for gas or babysitter or anything up front. No money until the date is over and she's ready to go home. Repeat: NO MONEY BEFORE THEN!
3) 80 percent want PPM, the others are the needle in the needle stack. Those are the ones I search for. The ones that want the experience.
4) you ask them then give them counter offer but not insulting.
5) in my experience hardly any do, but I make sure it's set and I can tell if she's going to be a flake and if so I move on. Any girls I have arranged to meet always come thru, but sometimes I will make backup plans if I'm unsure.
