I don't recognize this one but saw it on what has to me become ripbook. Maybe the collective hive here knows who this is.
Fly high babygirl.
The new years party in the sky is going to be a standing room only Tiesto concert.
WTF, this seems like a bad dream! I saw Alix a few times years ago and she always struck me as someone that kinda had her shit together, at least as much as a women in this profession can. I saw her again once, I guess it was a year or two ago and while she wasn't really my type she always worked hard to make sure I left happy. It saddens me so to hear about her passing.
Drugs, particularly heroin is devastating not only the ranks of providers across the country but much of our youth as well. I don't know what the solution is but there needs to be some type of intervention. It just can not be allowed to continue. We as monger play a pivotal role in this problem by providing the means for women in the sex for cash business to buy this poison. I know all the augments, it's their life, if I don't give them money someone else will, it's not my problem, I don't pass judgement on these women, etc, etc, I've made them over and over again myself but seriously, can we as participants in what's literally become a game of Russian roulette just sit back and watch this situation unfold and do nothing? The numbers have become overwhelming and action needs to be taken! Who other then well meaning mongers will take action, especially for this group of women? I'm willing to try something, anything to stem this horror from continuing. I understand that this is not an easy thing I'm proposing, many if not all these women would flatly refuse or even want our help, their addicts, accepting or wanting help isn't part of their mind set. But that doesn't mean people shouldn't try to help, even if that help is shunned! Contrary to what you might think I'm not a bleed heart but I do have compassion, addiction is a terrible thing, not only devastating to the individual that is hooked on drugs but to their entire family as well. By writing this I'm hoping to open a dialog here and see what kind if options we might come up with? I'm only asking that you give it some thought, perhaps we as a community can come up with some solid idea's. Sure, many of us could just stop participating in the hobby and wash our hands of it, would the carnage stop, no way. So as participants can we really do nothing? At this point that would be tantamount to handing these women the bullets for the gun they are holding to their head. Thanks JD.
