Went for my monthly visit to my girl Jennifer at Sunset Spa in Stanton. What a talent she is.
She works her ever so fine ass off on the massage. She has added back walking to the repertoire.

I'm not positive on it, yet my understanding is if you install something that wasn't In the original blue print like a bath or shower and you are open to the public, it has to meet ADA requirements. Many cities may or may not enforce this on these types of businesses. It is very expensive to make a bath / shower compliant.

I travel and have noticed it throughout the west. I do find some, and appreciate it when I do.
