Her charges were NOT dropped. The only thing released to her was the vehicle. All of the charges include forfeiture specifications meaning they intend to try to keep the money. Many times when charges are dropped or reduced it is because the person agrees to work with the police. NO IDEA if that is the case her but I sure as hell wouldn't be messing around with someone who has this hanging over them.
