I mean the bar business these days as a whole is slow. But at the same time the saying goes "to make money you got to spend money. " At the same time too it also has to be spent wisely. As far as girls getting paid salaries, I have never heard that as a regular thing. I know some mamas will offer some girls medical and some might give incentives to persuade them to work. I don't know if that's what you mean. But not every mama does that. Although I could see a lot of these newer mamas doing that, hence on why they not lasting long. I mean these girls are already making 20-whatever the cost of the drink is and then you got the other up drinks.

I would say 80 pct of these girls do not get salary, number might even be higher. When Summit TC mama stop paying girls in salary, you could see long time girls there start to leave.

Vegas mamas also do not believe pay in salary. You could see the place is ghosttown most of the time, cause there is hardly any girls there.

I see a lot of these girls switch profession, a lot of them have day job now. Some work as beautician, some work in Waikiki shops.

Anyway, just wonder how long these bars would last? You are seeing less and less young girls at the bar. Only grandmas left but most of them are very close to retirement.

I tried to get more info on where she "worked" but that KBG, like most only care about themselves and will not give out that information. Told her no more drinks and left.

What makes these KBG think they are so "high class" when another is willing to work the AMP, but will not even help her get more customers, but try to keep it for themselves. At least I have more respect for an AMP girl than many KBG.

I know an Ashley girl used to work at Nirvana about 7 or 8 years ago, she won't tell anyone cause she was not proud of what she used to do. I don't blame her friends or her co-workers keeping their lips sealed. Let it be if she chose to keep it in private.

KBGs turn AMP girls are almost non existed. One word to sum it up is their pride.

Lots of these 90 day wonder already left the rock. The mainland imports have also departed to where they came from.

Shortage of new faces with bad services leading to poor busniess. It won't get any better if it isn't corrected.

Checked out some of the town bars this past weekend. As mentioned before, Mimi and her girls are at Ashley. Its been a while since I seen that place with that kind of action. Some of the crew from Splash went to Camelot. Splash might have had a few new faces for that place, not entirely sure though. Should be interesting how things end up once Mimi moves into chill, as I heard not everyone was able to go with her to Ashley and other girls who went elsewhere since evergreen have been waiting for her to open a bigger place.

I basically never Go to Korean bars, but I got curious last weekend and did some exploring. Waterfall looked shutdown on Saturday night around 1 am?? Drove down the block to the corner and the other places were open but not a whole lot going on. What time do they normally close?
