Of the states I travel for work, TN has been the most focused on it. Knoxville and Nashville are in the same boat, but Nashville has been pushing hard for a year before Knoxville upped the pressure. I try to avoid W. TN for work, so no idea how they've faired. Surrounding states haven't shown anywhere near the pressure.

Those big ones, the nuclear powered aircraft carriers, hell they can spend forever at sea and never really have to pull into port. Also, they are limited to the ports they can pull into because of the population onboard and the size / depth of the port. So those poor bastards didn't get in for pussy breaks as often as the smaller ships. When they did get to pull in, however, the carrier crew had plenty of money and as a result, the price of pussy went sky high and stayed that way until a week or two after they left. I never hated those guys but I sure hated to be in port at the same time as them. LOL I guess that's why I get a kick out of GaltGuy's posts so much. He reminds me of the guys on the carriers when they pulled into port. Leading with his wallet. When I come along and talk to one of those gals on SA and they tell me how generous their last guy was, I think. GaltGuy! Sometimes I can bring them to earth and sometimes I can't.
