I have often wondered the very same thing. If you know what you want, then why not go where you know its available. If I want a a gallon of milk, I don't go to the auto parts store. YMMV even with escorts, but your chances are much better, I believe. In addition, the massages usually are not that great anyway. If I am missing a point here, please help me understand. Boatload.
