However, part of the problem is that the overall level of service has dropped while the pricing has gone up. We all understand the effects of inflation on our daily essentials such as food and rent. Where I have an issue is when you pay the higher rates and then receive a much lower level of service. At some point "go without" is better than leaving frustrated after paying a significant amount of $$.
