So tineye seems to be reliable to find fake pics. But there is another method. Backpage does something cool where basically when a girl uploads a picture, it resizes the image and whatever, but keep the filename. It turns out, that can be some very key information.
For example: look at this ad:

Tineye usually comes with no results for porn stars because those aren't the kinds of sites it checks. Tineye the first image. 0 results. But right-click the image and check it's properties. The file name is MIAVINCENT. Jpg. Google search "mia vincent" and you'll get some results.
Much of the time, the pictures will start with DSC (and then a bunch of numbers) because they were taken from a camera and put directly to a computer and uploaded. Other times, if there is an ad for a "jasmine", you'll see the images are jasmine1. Jpg, jasmine2. Jpg, etc and much of the time that person's pics are fake.
One little neat / interesting thing too is that you're basically seeing the filename that the user gave it before uploading. For example: the 917 girls pics are uploaded by the owner and you'll see some pics of nikki are named "nicki. Jpg". Turns out thats how you spell her real name and typing in facebook "Nicki" for me and her facebook is the first to pop up. Not that it's beneficial, but just interesting.
