I compiled 10 of my favorites at a time in reverse chronological order to help you decide on one for my 4000th Anniversary pic post. Why? Because there is only so much time you can spend in a post before it times you out, and doing it in steps chronologically like that seemed like the easiest and best way to do it. However, now that I have them all compiled in previous posts for the year 2010, I can more easily cut and paste and summarize them here for you here in alphabetical order. It's too bad I can't set up a separate thread for this (that's one of my "restrictions," oh, woe is me), because this list will ultimately get buried in my thread here and will be difficult to find.

So here's a list for 2010 of my favorites in alphabetical order; I will try to do the same thing for 2009 without publishing them 10 at a time, but I can't promise anything. Anyone who has tried to do this type of thing can sympathize with my plight:

I have a well-deserved rep for "not playing nice with the other children," but I recognize a good idea when I see one, and your alphabetized list idea was a good one. Forgive me if I typically returned fire to you from what I perceived was an affront to my contest idea before it was even fully hatched. It's what I do. It's in my warped USA Sex Guide DNA. :)

Since posts can only be updated within a 24 hour period, perhaps the thing to do is to hold off on any updates until year end and do it all at one time. Other improvements might also be made to make an index of my pics and reports more useful. Some that come to my mind are to list all reports and pics and not just the favorites and list them by year in alphabetical order with ratings for each SW (like the previous photo index was improved to have) and links both to my reports on each SW as well as reports and pics by others. If anyone has any other ideas in this regard, please share. Maybe we can ultimately make this an all inclusive index with everyone's reports and pics, in its own thread that is fully updated quarterly, and has a permanent annual record to make everyone's lives easier in looking up pics without combing through multiple threads.

It was only partly my idea to create this list to help people decide on a SW and/or photo for my 4000th anniversary pic contest. It wasn't until I started this process that I realized how many there actually were. My favorites alone for 2010 amount to almost 50 and we are not even 3/4 through the year.

The idea of alphabetizing the list belongs to Ed Norton and he was kind enough to even create a special thread for it.

One good idea leads to another. I am working on a more complete list that will serve as an index to all of my work that will include an alphabetical list not only of my favorites, but of all the SWs of whom I have I have taken pics, alphabetically and by year. The list will have my ratings of each SW and links to all of my reports, and all of my pictorial spreads for each SW. In other words, it will be a very complete index of my work for members to access, without having to pour through my thread and all the other commentary that does not directly pertain to SW reports and SW pics I have taken.

Congrats on 4000, now we will be like kids in a Cookie Jar ( No pun intended) helping you decide.
