However, if a passenger is taking $10,000 or more into or out of the USA, he must complete a customs form reporting it to the federal government.

If I had to guess they would probably check into your transactions if they thought something was funny and send the data to other Federal agencies if necessary. But we all know how efficient Federal agencies are at communicating with each other.
Having 10 K cash issues is certainly something I wish I had.

The bank just files a form with the IRS reporting the transaction. As long as you have a legitimate reason, such as purchasing or selling a car where the title proves the transaction them you don't have to worry.

I imagine that some providers would value a continuous period of uninterrupted sleep over the opportunity to make more money, while other providers would place more value on making money from late night / early morning customers. But then again these 24\7 places also charge the girls for living expenses and boarding so, aside from this I'd say what additional cost would there be to keep the place open 24\7. Like men, women vary in their abilities and capacities; a strain for one girl may be completely tolerable for another, and some girls have outlets such as being able to take trips or visit family that other girls may not.
I knew a girl who shopped around for place to work and encountered various arrangements and deals, regarding such things as room and board etc.
Not every place with "normal hours" clings to that, and actually take customers about as late as a "24 hr" AMP.

It could be said the beauty of the AMP is the impulsivity of it. No need to plan ahead, schedule and appointment etc. You walk in and someone is ready to go right then and there. So if the game is about getting you to make that impulsive choice that you could not otherwise the 24 hour is the way to go. 24 hour access to making the choice. Because it can be extremely impulsive in nature, if you have to wait till they open there is a good chance that the big head will start thinking over the little head and you won't go the next day or a few hours later.
Could be said for the drunk-and-high crowd that a few hours later they are sobering up and / or passing out and their window has past. 24 hour access is key. Unless you are trying to discourage that crowd.

Should have Said he was in a bar, got drunk, he said some things, the other guys said things, and in the end tell the media he is not as tough as he thought. No need to press charges, he was equally at fault and lost the fight. Case closed, guys will like it that he did not press charges and just move on. Instead he makes up this elaborate story about being kidnapped, thrown in a trunk, beaten up, robbed and left for dead at an imaginary park 6 miles away. Most of the time we say the truth is stranger than fiction but I think in this case the fiction is way stranger than the truth.
