I think Jade rents space from MacKenzie and it's odd MacKenzie, who understands the formula for success, would want to associate with Jade (along with the cute girl from Canada) fully realizing that deceitful business practices, lack of integrity and severely restricted services will more than likely lead to failure than it will to success.
