At first I didn't see anything but as I went further down toward the museum there was a marked SUV sitting with the rear pointed toward the AMP as described in other posts. It was to dark to see if anyone was in it but based on its position and the slope of the parking lot I doubt anyone in it would have line of sight on the AMP building.
