A few days back a 20 year old provider was arrested along with a 51 year old monger in Shelton. It appears the hotel complained about foot traffic in and out of the room. My question for anyone who wants to take a shot. How does the dude get busted? Did he rat himself out or did the girl confess? I'm no legal expert but without seeing the exchange of money how could LEO make a bust? I mean, maybe the dude was in the room to get a back rub and wanted somebody to watch TV with. BTW, she looked pretty good especially by BPage standards so I'm sure there was a lot of traffic. Any thoughts?

Whether or not the charges would hold up in a court is a different matter. Doesn't really matter though since the damage is done just by getting your name in the news.

I'm also curious how probable cause was established here. The article mentions an "ensuing investigation" that revealed an illegal agreement of prostitution. But I'm wondering what the grounds were for initiating this investigation. Is foot traffic enough to warrant search and seizure of text messages, etc. (assuming that's what was involved in the investigation)?
