Hate to say it Pc, but I think the Henderson curfew has put a serious hurt on that end of reports. Either people have stopped frequenting as much as a result (I know I have) or those who are still going are just staying tight-lipped about it.
Interestingly, I was next to the one on Stephanie & Horizon getting coffee a week or two ago in the morning and there was a squad car sitting in front of the Sisters MP right there. It was a little bit before they're allowed to open and Leo wasn't getting coffee (cops love Starbucks, it's a fact) seemed to be watching the place or at least just making his presence known. I was there probably 20 minutes and he never got out of his car, just sat parked right in front of the place.
I still can't believe that they can't appeal the new curfew law on grounds of discrimination. It's the only business I know of in town that is now not allowed to operate 24/7. Strip clubs get nailed by Leo from time to time, they don't have to close shop at 10. Maybe because they're in such a precarious situation with the law anyways that they'd rather not draw undue attention. Grumble, grumble.
