A retired aft of mine who I have kept in touch with is in a jam. She just had a baby (and two other children) and is now homeless. She has a little bit of money, but is having trouble finding a rental based upon the fact that she has no way to verify income.

Does anyone know of anyway to get a rental house without income verification? She probably could pay a few months in advance.

She is not looking for a handout, but she really needs a place for her and her kids to live. This type of issue is way out of my area of expertise. If anyone has any ideas / suggestions, please pm me.

However, at he end of every article, they site their sources allowing the reader to verify the claims. This is something you will not find on the articles they debunk.

Checked other sources that said the same thing. If you don't know federal law trumps all state laws.
