Every girl I know that became a Mama has regretted it and here's why.
1. Underestimated how hard they would have to work. Most get no days off and they have to cover kitchen mama and bartenders on sick calls etc.
2. They know have the pressure of paying all the bills!
3. Constant girl drama! Running the place with an iron fist nowadays makes you lose girls to a competitor. Newer popular girls have no loyalty except to their own wallet. They don't want to be told anything and throw a hissy fit and threaten to quit if they don't get their way. K (the fox) is an example of one who brings money in but is a nightmare to try and manage as a Mama. She's hopping bars for a reason and it's usually because a mama said enough of this bullshit LOL.
They think it's prestigious but haven't really thought it through clearly.

Yeah it's just like when you have employees who ***** and think they can do things better. 90% of the time they didn't think things through and realized it's harder than they could have imagined. Or like a athlete who thinks he ready to be the future of the team but then realized it's going to take way more than just his talent to lead the franchise to prominence (sorry lebron lovers LOL). Joking aside, that's just how the generations are becoming. Nobody knows how to think anymore.
That pretty much goes for most businesses. There are some AMP girls that became mamas, then went back to worker status. Lots of bills to pay, and need to bring in customers.
