He had tried coercing someone who is a waitress and the cops use that as a way to make a point, make a story more dispicable. Not saying he was any kind of nice guy deserving of a break but they do tend to use a situation to make a person look more vile. As for the people who give out references, that's something I would never do. I see ads all the time asking for references and think to myself, too bad, not going there. I don't trust anyone in this game, almost all the girls have candy issues and can get desperate. As for agencies, you don't know the people running them, they deal with illegal activities so why would you trust them?

Another reason is when people get desperate wether it be for money / candy or to stay out of jail you don't want to be the one they setup.

It would require a lot of time and manhours to track down someone to try and establish a case of what, conspiracy to commit solicitation of prostitution? I don't even think that's a thing.

Solicitation is a misdemeanor and there is no evidence that it was you who sent an e-mail or made a phone call. I leave my unlocked phone on my desk all the time, so who knows who made a call on it when I'm in the head, and e-mail? Meh, mine is hacked constantly to send out phishing solicitations for time shares and miracle cures.

They didn't even arrest the john's they found on the premises, so it's unlikely they'll spend much effort trying to round up people unless they think they had a hand in running the operation.

Usually "names in the book" are only used to embarrass political opponents, so if you were planning to run for Mayor or Sheriff, you might want to reconsider.

But Swimmer is right, get a burner and never, ever give out personal information, and if you are ever questioned about anything, become mute.
